Refund policy

Sometimes finding the perfect fit for our furry friends isn't the easiest. If you need to exchange for another size, or our product didn't make the cut with your pet (don't worry, our feelings are hurt) you can email us at hooman@rallypaws.com. We require the following for all exchanges and refunds. Please note we do not accept any exchanges or refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.

• Make sure the item(s) are clean. We will not accept any items that are dirty or worn (we know dog fur!)
• Please ensure the item(s) do not show any wear and tear, stains, or strong odors
